Seeking low cost kitten 🥰 (Emeryville)

Hoping to find a low cost kitten to adopt.
Have a loving young female cat (fixed) who I would love to find a brother/sister for.
The kitten will be an indoor only pet, spoiled, with vet insurance for regular healthcare.
Breed is not really important as we're not looking for a designer priced pet.
