Missing dog (oakland east)

Please help us find our belove dog! He have tan furry hair.
His name is terry and he is about 15-20lbs and he’s 11 years old.
He has on a blue vest with colorful stitching patterns and little bells on it.
Last seen on 12/18/23 around 3 am.
