Position Summary:
This dynamic Sr.
Finance Manager, Commercial Finance will support the North America (NA) Commercial organization.
This role will report to the Finance Director, Commercial FP&A, and will partner with the Vice President of GSD NA Commercial to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives.
The scope of responsibilities includes all FP&A planning, analysis & reporting to implement financial goals and initiatives to support a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and drive the execution of the AOP, with complete alignment with the divisional partners
Provides financial oversight and business partnership for commercial Leadership team including STRAP, AOP, MBR and Leadership meetings.
Build and update dashboards, PowerPoint, and other business intelligence tools by data mining in various systems
Identify, monitor, and articulate key operating metrics, business risks, and opportunities associated with the plan and outlooks to senior management
Translate business inputs into financial assumptions, build and maintain forecast models to project future business trends, results, etc.
, covering areas including revenue, new product launch, operating expense, and CAPEX
Collaborate with business partners to generate key assumptions and drivers for decision support, independently conduct ad hoc data analysis to identify business insights and observations
Proactively learn and adopt new systems and tools to improve analytics capability and accuracy
Leading a team: able to engage and inspire and, to provide strong development support to direct staff and other team members.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred but not required)
8+ years of direct FP&A experience
Proficient user of systems (i.
e.
, SAP, Hyperion, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
)
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
Customer-centric and passionate about providing proactive systems solutions to drive business performance
Good understanding of business processes and operations & financial controls, able to identify control weaknesses in existing processes and recommend mitigation actions
Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $141,800.
00–$212,675.
