Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Monitor and assess patient health - Assist with wound care and other medical procedures - Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records - Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other team members - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Qualifications: - Current LVN licensure - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - COVID-19 Vaccination - Strong clinical and assessment skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment - Empathetic, patient-centered care approach - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
