As one of our Client Relationship Associates, you'll assist financial advisors by providing administrative support to our high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations, and endowments nationwide.
You’ll provide personalized service for each client, while multitasking everything from handling calendars and expense reports to initiating client account openings and maintenance requests.
Having prior experience providing customer service within a financial service sector and a solid understanding of wealth management or trust business is ideal since compliance with business processes and regulatory requirements is important for this role.
Additionally, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where critical thinking and effective teamwork are essential for success.

Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a relevant field of study.
You have foundational knowledge in administrative account operations.
You have a passion for client-facing responsibilities, including creating and preparing presentations and correspondence.
You are never too busy for a conversation and strive to make the customer feel valued.
Even if there are several other items on your desk that day, you focus your attention on clients and what they need.
You enjoy handling detail-orientated work with client accounts, including documentation and client notification.
You appreciate the sense of accomplishment achieved when you solve a problem using your good judgment.
You have a curious nature and enjoy learning new things.
San Francisco Base Salary Range: $77,370-$123,792
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
