About the role
Rippling is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Director of National Broker Partnerships to lead the development and management of strategic partnerships with major broker firms across the country.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with these key partners, devising effective growth strategies, and ensuring that these partnerships benefit both the broker firms and Rippling.
What you will do
Broker Partnership Development: Identify and engage with the largest broker firms in the nation to establish meaningful partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.
Strategy
Formulation and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with both Rippling's and the broker firms' goals.
Enabling the field sales team to execute the firm playbook at the local offices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product, to support the execution of partnership programs and initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Continuously assess the effectiveness of broker partnerships and provide valuable feedback to drive improvements and optimize results.
Relationship Building: Coach and support Channel Account Executives to foster strong relationships at local offices of the national headquarters, ultimately resulting in new business opportunities for Rippling.
What you will need
An experienced sales manager with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales
A top performer with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
Able to accurately forecast team performance
Able to manage individual performance improvement
Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic
Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling related products

For office-based employees (employees who live within a 40 mile radius of a Rippling office), Rippling considers working in the office, at least three days a week under current policy, to be an essential function of the employee's role.
This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity.
The On-Target Earnings* for US-based employees will be 60/40 commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the ranges below based on location.
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.
