Department of Medicine-Hematology/Oncology
Instructor, Assistant or Associate HS Clinical or Clinical X Professor- Lymphoid or Myeloid Malignancies and Cellular Therapies
The Department of Medicine of the University of California, San Francisco and the Division of Hematology/Oncology invite applications for a full-time faculty appointment in the UCSF Hematology, Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies program.
The candidate will have responsibility for patient care, clinical research and teaching.
It is expected that the candidate will develop an independent clinical research program in the treatment of lymphoid or myeloid malignancies (e.
g.
Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Acute Leukemia/Myelodysplasia) or solid tumor malignancies using novel immunotherapies which may include cellular therapeutics.
Applicants must have an MD, fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology, Stem Cell Transplantation and/or Cell Therapies and be board certified or eligible in Hematology or Medical Oncology.
Applicants should also have demonstrated the ability to develop and conduct clinical research studies.
The appointment will be made in the Health Sciences Clinical or Clinical X series at a rank of Clinical Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor as compatible with the candidate's qualifications.
Rank and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

The minimum base salary range for this position is $99,200-$181,100.
