As a Senior Manager, Implementation Program Management at Findem, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our technical solutions for our clients.
You will lead a team of technical project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical implementation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, establishing strong relationships and effectively managing expectations.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical expertise to understand client requirements, assess project feasibility, and provide valuable insights to the team.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the implementation team, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall project delivery.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of projects.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all implemented solutions meet quality standards and are ready for users to log-in and be trained on the product.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project requirements, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed throughout the implementation process.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
Qualifications: Proven program management experience in a technical implementation management role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Experience or knowledge of HR technology (Applicant Tracking Systems), SSO and email relative to technical implementations.
Ability to lead a team and be hands-on directly managing some client projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of technical concepts and technologies, with the ability to translate technical requirements into layman's terms.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience working in the HR or Talent industry is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.

, PMP, ITIL) are desirable.
$150,000 - $200,000 a year The role is full-time and comes with full benefits.
