enABLE Care Management is seeking part time or per diem licensed professionals, ideally nurses or med techs, in the following areas: Marin/North Bay, San Francisco, East Bay, South Bay, Coastside, and the Peninsula! Job requires managing medications, filling pillboxes, communicating with doctors, monitoring conditions and reporting to responsible parties, managing prescription refills, and changes to medications via physician orders.
