Therapy Healthcare Resources is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team in Napa and Sonoma, CA.
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality healthcare services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Correctional Facilities.

\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
1.
Provide direct nursing care to residents or inmates within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Correctional Facilities, ensuring their well-being and safety.
2.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
3.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor for any adverse reactions or side effects.
4.
Conduct regular assessments of residents or inmates, documenting changes in their health status and communicating findings to the healthcare team.
5.
Assist in the coordination of healthcare services, including arranging for diagnostic tests and consultations with healthcare providers.
6.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary interventions to stabilize patients.
7.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocols.
8.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in skilled nursing or correctional facilities.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of nursing principles, protocols, and regulations.
