Examples of Essential Duties:
Evaluate patients’ psycho-social needs;
Document history, care plans and prepare reports as needed.
Oversee documentation completed by clinical staff
Implement and oversee clinical services for clients
Assist with recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations and terminations of all clinical staff
Experience Requirements:
-2 years of post licensure experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
-2 years of experience in a mental health and substance use setting;
-1 year of leadership experience in a social work setting.
Education Requirement:
Graduation from an approved Masters Program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Qualifications:
Current California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Current AHA-approved CPR card
