50 / hr - $18.
50 / hr In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible to participate in tasting room tip pools, bonuses and incentive plans, as applicable.

, We are currently seeking a Full-TimeDishwasher at one of Sonoma’s premier wineries.
Just South of Healdsburg in the heart of Russian River Valley, you’ll find J Vineyards and Winery, founded on plots of land selected for their remarkable soil and ideal climate for bringing fine wines to perfection.
J Vineyards was the first and has consistently remained among the best in offering a fine wine and food pairing program.
Our pairing experience includes a commitment to local ingredients drawn from a 50-mile radius of the winery.
The Dishwasher engages in the washing of dirty pots, pans, silverware, and plates.
Also engages in general kitchen cleaning and up-keep duties such as taking out trash and organizing supplies.
What You Will Do: Operates a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize dishes and cookware.
Hand rinses and scrubs dishware, pots and pans.
Organizes, dries, polishes and restocks glasses, dishware and cookware in an efficient manner and with care to not break dishes and glassware.
Sweeps and engages in general cleaning of the kitchen area; empties garbage and recycling on a consistent basis.
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the walk-in pantry.
Participates in the weekly Deep Cleaning of the kitchen which includes moving kitchen equipment and thoroughly cleaning behind it.
Participates in the organizing the receiving of kitchen inventory.
Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

What You Will Need: Required to be 18 years of age or older.
Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks.
Required to possess the vision necessary to inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips, or stains.

Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

What Will Set You Apart: High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus restaurant dishwashing experience.
