*Responsibilities:* * Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort * Perform activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals * Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy * Receiving and escorting visitors * Providing quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
* Medication Management.
* Following infection control techniques in performing patient and resident care.
* Observing and reporting signs and symptoms of changes in condition.
* Exchanging information necessary for quality patient/resident care.
* Prioritizing patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
* Maintaining all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
*Documents required:* * Minimum of twelve (12) months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution * Minimum of six (6) months of experience working with an electronic medical records system.
