Overview::
This is a unique opportunity for a talented Project Coordinator to join HGA’s Science and Technology group, working out of our San Francisco office on an exciting new academic medical project.
For this large, complex project, you must be able to determine the right amount of effort needed to generate mid- to high-level renderings in an efficient and timely manner.
This position will also have multiple opportunities for client interaction and will help our team maintain a commitment to design and quality for all types of projects.
In this role you will::
develop concepts as defined by Project Manager or Project Architect;
produce construction documents in Revit, including plans, sections and details;
assist with quality control for the design function and integrate and coordinate all disciplines into the building project;
assist the Project Manager with schedules/budgets and provides communication as appropriate with team leaders and/or team members who are responsible for workflow/timelines, etc.
in a professional manner;
seek creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develop appropriate research and documents to support these solutions; and
perform other duties as assigned
You will need to have::
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred
5-12 years of experience required
Pursuing Architectural registration
Interest in working on medium to large-scale project types in a very collaborative environment
Strong REVIT, 2D and 3D graphic skills; AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, InDesign, and other BIM technology essential
Knowledge of permitting process
To promote employee health and safety for this position you must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to work in the onsite big room.
You may also need to comply with regular COVID testing on the job site.
Salary Information::
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted.
Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
Salary Range: $ 82,000-$114,700
