We are seeking a new Treatment Coordinator who is energetic, driven, and a dedicated professional with strong administrative skills.
We would prefer an experienced Orthodontic or Dental Treatment Coordinator.
The right individual for this position must have an award-winning personality and all requirements listed below.

This role requires superb English communication skills, excellent work ethics and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Resume must be submitted through this job ad to be properly prescreened\*\** *Position Summary:* Responsible for new patients' smooth transition into the practice and communication with specialists.
The treatment coordinator is an extended representative of the doctor and the practice, and the primary responsibility of this person is taking care of people and arranging and coordinating the events and appointments necessary to convert the new patient into active or pre–treatment growth guidance status.
He/she allows the doctor to spend more time with patients instead of being pulled in many different directions and promotes the doctor and the practice by building relationships with patients and parents as well as general dentists and specialists.
The goals of the treatment coordinator are to listen to the patient's needs and expectations, to use verbal skills to create and nurture on–going relationships, and to build the patient's trust and confidence in the doctors and staff.
*Compensation: *$25-$31/hr.
(Based on prior Orthodontic or Dental Treatment Coordinating experience) *Compensation and benefits include:* · Competitive pay based on experience.

· 401k Retirement *Practice Hours:* Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM Saturday 8AM - 1:30PM (two alternating Saturday's per month) *Must* possess the following attributes and requirements: · 1+-years prior Orthodontic or Dental Treatment Coordinating experience required · X-Ray License · Knowledge in orthodontic treatment insurance codes and billing a plus but willing to train · Must be able to work at the specific office we are at each day · Customer service is extremely important! We would like someone with a concierge personality that loves pampering and showing our patients how much, we care.
· Must have a glowing smile · Knowledge in Dolphin Software a plus but willing to train · Must be proactive, enthusiastic & a quick learner · Because you will be dealing with patients and parents, must be very engaging, warm, compassionate and reassuring · A self-starter with superb organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate and neat, with the ability to multitask · An outstanding communicator with excellent English verbal and written skills to explain treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements as needed with patients · A team player who can work independently as well, is reliable, punctual, able to prioritize tasks and manage time · Works well in a fast-paced environment, supports the office culture, and stays strong under pressure · Excellent computer and phone skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
