The Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) is California's trusted, objective provider of actuarially-based information and research, advisory pure premium rates, and educational services integral to a healthy workers' compensation system.
The WCIRB is a California unincorporated, private, nonprofit association comprised of all companies licensed to transact workers' compensation insurance in California, and has over 400 member companies.
No state money is used to fund its operations.
The operations of the WCIRB are funded primarily by membership fees and assessments.
To accurately measure the cost of providing workers' compensation benefits, the WCIRB performs a number of functions, including collection of premium and loss data on every workers' compensation insurance policy, examination of policy documents, inspections of insured businesses, and test audits of insurer payroll audits and claims classification.

The EDM Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and coordination of various tasks and activities within an Enterprise Data Management project.
The Coordinator liaises between the business community and IT, in planning, execution, and monitoring of EDM projects ensuring the solutions meet the data needs of the organization.
The candidate is also expected to assist in the planning, monitoring and progress assessment of the EDM development and maintenance efforts to ensure alignment with projects, department, and overall organizational goals.
The candidate will support project teams and perform administrative duties, communicate project status to all stakeholders, handle change management, track and report project issues and risks, and perform project close-out processes.
Proficiency in relevant IT tools and software is essential for effectively managing and coordinating EDM projects.
*Project* * Coordinates EDM projects, working with assigned project team and identified resources.
* Adhere to the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) guideline on the creation and maintenance of the assigned Project Dashboards on the EPMO site.
* Collaborate with EDM and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, objectives, scope deliverables, and timelines that align with organizational goals.
Set up channels for team collaboration and communication within the Planner Board.
* Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain project documentation, including project requirements, specifications, and change requests.
Ensure documentation is up to date, and accessible to project team members.
* Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines, budgets or quality and escalate to project team.
Work with project stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Monitor and track issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support and report on post-production implementations.
Monitor performance of new systems and documents findings and recommendations for improvement, as needed.
* Facilitate project retrospectives and capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to project management methodologies, tools and practices.
*Production Support and Administration* * Serve as the primary point of contact for users of the AnalyticsPortal (AP).
Conduct training sessions or create self-service resources as needed.
* Investigate and resolve technical issues encountered by users, such as login problems, report/data access issues, report generation errors or data inconsistencies.
Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams if necessary.
* Collaborate with the technical team to perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and upgrades to the AnalyticsPortal.
* Generate regular reports on user support metrics, including ticket volumes, response times, resolution rates, and user satisfaction.
Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement in support processes and portal usability.
* Liaise with vendors or third-party service providers to escalate and resolve technical issues, coordinate system upgrades, and communicate user requirements or enhancement requests.
* Manage the production maintenance backlog tasks in collaboration with business stakeholders and EDM engineers based on the criticality.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and promote innovation Complete administration tasks such as Dovico, ADP on time with excellent quality.
