In support of our mission, we are seeking a Practice Lead to drive growth in our quality and regulatory compliance practice area.

To support our growth strategy, we seek an energized and self-motivated leader to develop and spearhead our quality and regulatory compliance practice area.
In this role, you will work to build out this practice area by finding and bringing new customers to our company and building on our existing customer relationships.
You will spend time finding and cultivating leads, building an understanding of a client’s needs, and developing solution proposals for their consideration.
Additionally, you will build and drive innovative and engaging thought leadership centered on the evolving landscape of regulatory requirements and driving toward mature quality systems and processes by authoring articles, supporting relevant conferences, and delivering engaging webinars.
We will hire someone who is comfortable working remotely, thrives on collaborating with internal and external teams, naturally builds trust and rapport with others, wants to keep others informed of progress, and is willing to adapt and grow as our company grows.

We do expect you to be able to speak to quality considerations and requirements for various product modalities (CGT, mABs, OSD, combination products) across the product development and commercialization life cycle as part of building our projects pipeline and external thought leadership, and that you can convey that experience succinctly and clearly to our current and future customers.
About You:
You have dedicated a significant portion of your career to learning and excelling in quality roles in one or more GxP area and understand that quality is not a black and white or static concept.
You are now looking to take that knowledge and your network to help Pharmatech develop and nurture a pipeline of projects for our quality and regulatory compliance practice area.
You have a passion for and connection with patient communities that will help you connect with our customers and understand their mission and objectives.
You are motivated to find new opportunities to share Pharmatech’s story as part of developing and building our project pipeline as well as contributing to our brand awareness.
You are comfortable leading, advising, and supporting drug sponsors on mission-critical programs and interacting across all levels of a drug sponsor or contract manufacturer organization.
You are not afraid to be on stage in front of large audiences or be the only person you know heading into an event.
