We are in search of a motivated Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about crafting and executing impactful go-to-market strategies while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll be working closely with collaborators and leaders across the company to support the launch of new and improved products by devising winning go-to-market strategies, facilitating internal and external readiness for launches, and establishing robust, enduring product positioning, and messaging for our partners.
The essential duties and responsibilities include: Distill market, customer, and competitive insights to help inform the product roadmap, key business decisions, and the positioning of our products to various partner segments Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and growth of our products Craft compelling, value-driven messaging that can be leveraged by cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns and customer experiences Lead clear, informative discussions that secure buy-in and alignment from leadership Ensure Commercial and Marketing team readiness, partnering with Sales Enablement and other knowledge management and training teams, to develop materials and manage ongoing updates Create pitch decks and demos with compelling stories for commercial teams to engage partners Education and work experience requirements are: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, ect.
) 5+ years of experience working as a Product Marketer in a complex global organization, preferably in the B2B enterprise technology space Demonstrated ability to understand market and customer needs and leveraging that to influence product strategy and roadmap Proficiently manage a multitude of intricate decisions concurrently, spanning diverse teams, time zones, and cultural contexts Adept at authoring and implementing outstanding insights plans and impactful go-to-market strategies that include positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation To be considered for this position, you would need to meet, at a minimum, the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed here: Master storyteller who knows how to craft messaging that clearly communicates value to the audience Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of a complex organization Commercial-minded and skilled at driving growth through a variety of approaches, including account-based marketing Curious mindset and ability to navigate uncertainty exceptionally well, relying on data and insights to make decisions and pushing boundaries to strive for excellence Highly collaborative and enthusiastic about fostering unity among teams, steering toward accountability, visibility and clarity in everything we do The physical demands described here represent those that must be met in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
