You will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, maintaining impeccable standards, and leading your team by example in delivering top-notch customer service.
We want someone with extensive experience building a solid front desk team.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Uphold our commitment to clear and effective communication by being the main point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring messages are conveyed accurately and timely.
* Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing bookings, client records, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and error-free operation.
* Exhibit empathy by understanding and anticipating client needs, providing personalized service, and handling any concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Foster a culture of accountability within the front desk team, ensuring responsibilities are met, and any mistakes are addressed constructively and used as learning opportunities.
* Train and mentor front desk staff in adherence to our values and service standards.
* Collaborate with management and other departments to continually enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Manage inventory and resources responsibly, keeping an eye on both waste reduction and cost-effectiveness.
* Handling the shifts of the front desk staff.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience in a front desk management or supervisory role, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* A passion for customer service excellence and a deep understanding of the importance of empathy in client interactions.
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education in management or hospitality is a plus.
