*JOB DESCRIPTION* *Job Summary & Objective:* The Clinic Classroom Learning Leader motivates, mentors, and coaches all Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills and creates extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective- based education (O.

), mini-classes, and learning centers.
*\*Salary is based on experience\** *Education/Experience:* * Licensed (Esthetician) * Two+ years of experience behind the chair to demonstrate practical equivalence *Essential Functions:* * Inspects and facilitates all guest services to include a guest greeting, service consultations, stress-relief treatments, additional services, style consultations, service completion, rebooking, and Take Home recommendations * Maintains their clinic classroom zones throughout the shift and communicates with the team before leaving the clinic classroom * Conducts inspections multiple times throughout the shift to ensure that clinic classroom areas are branded and clean and that Future Professionals follow the specific service area setup, clean their service tools, sweep the floor, and follow the state board rules for sanitation and service safety * Is proficient in product knowledge and shares that knowledge with service guests and Future Professionals using the Take Home Recommendation Form * Inspects and tracks the completion of all clinic classroom forms, including the Guest Service Folio and Take Home Recommendation Form * Uses the 4-Step Program, facilitates the guest flow, and inspects that the 10 Opportunities and 2-Minute Plan are followed during every service * Meets or exceeds the standards of excellence included in the Future Professional Guest Service Performance Checklist * Uses Paul Mitchell Schools curriculum tools, including The Skill Cards, when working in the clinic classroom Motivates and coaches Future Professionals on customer focus and daily service and Take Home goals and guides the completion of the Service and Take Home Scorecard * Provides student tutoring, educational assessments, planning, and formal grading by completing the worksheet evaluations and Service Tickets in the Guest Service Folio * Provides extracurricular educational activities to include mini-classes and learning centers for classroom and clinic classroom learning * Attends daily and monthly All-Hands, Town Hall, and staff trainings *Physical Demands & Work Environment:* The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, stand, and move about while communicating orally and operating technology for extended periods of time in the classroom, at promotional events, or while assisting students.
While performing administrative tasks, the employee will walk and move to access file cabinets, office machinery, or attend functions outside of their personal work area; sit and remain in a stationary position for long periods of time; reach, stretch and use hands, fingers, and arms to perform work, operate computers, office machinery, or handle small objects; and regularly lift and move up to 30 pounds.
The employee may occasionally be required to balance, stoop, kneel, and crawl under desks or in confined spaces.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to look at the computer screen for extended periods of time, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee must be able to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information through speaking, hearing, and applying discernment.
