Lost Blue Parakeet (santa rosa)

Pretty Blue escaped March 26th around noon.
He is very special to us.
He speaks english and calls himself Pretty Blue.
We have hopes that he flew into someones care.
He is super friendly and chatty.

We live at intersection Spencer Avenue and Wright Street.
