Lost Blue Wallet (downtown / civic / van ness)

Long rectangular blue wallet with paisley embroidery on one side.
It fell out when I was in a cab in the civic center area in San Francisco on 12/12 at around 7:00pm.
I am leaving for a flight tomorrow and am beside myself.
Whoever finds it, please have all the money inside if you just return the rest of the wallet.
There are some things in there that mean so much to me.
