Lost Credit or Bank Card on BART train (oakland east)

I found someone's new-looking Wells Fargo card on the floor of a Berryessa-bound train around 7:00pm tonight.
Still has the "confirm your card" sticker on it.
Belongs to someone with the first name 'Richard'.
If someone can contact me with accurate details as to the full name and expiration or partial numbers for the card, I will respond to arrange return (or destruction if you prefer.
