little lost dog seen near lake (oakland downtown)

A small mostly-white jack russell looking mix has been running near the Lake Chalet lawn.
No collar, unfixed male.
We've been trying to catch him but he is skittish, maybe would come to his owner.
If you're looking for him he's staying around the lake path area.
