LOST GOLD RING (lower haight)

I have lost a very sentimental small gold baby ring to that was my partners.
The ring was extremely small, fit on my pinky, 14k gold and it had a design on it that looked like a stone wall from the 70s.
If anyone has found it please let me know.
I am desperately searching for something that was very meaningful to someone else.
I am willing to offer a reward.
I was at Woods Lowside on Haight as well at Pitt's Pub in Ocean Beach.
Please please please let me know if anything turns up.
I do not have any great pictures of the ring currently but I uploaded a similar ring from the internet.
