Lost Wallet (richmond / point / annex)

Brown wallet containing debit card driver's license ID Social Security Card lost today near Costco on bay trail or on central avenue middle of street in Richmond.
Due to unsuccessfully avoiding dumb driver stoping in the crosswalk seconds after light turning red as I attempted to cross the street on bike causing a collision.
Age old wise tale about Asian drivers 1 shadow of a doubt zero.
