POSITION SUMMARY:
Kimelman Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, The Google Workspace Administrator is a tech-savvy professional with a passion for ensuring a seamless digital experience for our small workers comp clinic.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration.
The individual in this position must have a strong understanding of network topologies, and acts as the lead developer for our external and internal websites.
This individual also supports our File Maker Pro server environment, helps manage our VOIP phone system and ZOOM client technologies and oversees our Google Workspace environment, which includes our admin settings and permissions for our google drive, gmail, iCal, google docs, google forms, and google apps.
This position requires a strong background in managing Mac OS environments, Google Workspace, Zoom, Ring Central, and Ubiquity administration.
This position also requires assistance with mobile device management, knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Apple scripts, linux and java scripting, and a commitment to providing top-notch support.
Key Responsibilities:
*Apple Environment Expertise: Mac operating system knowledge *Google Workspace Administration: Oversee and maintain Google Workspace to support effective collaboration and communication among staff as well as outside clients such as patients, adjusters, attorneys, and UR.
*Zoom Administration: Ensure a reliable and efficient Zoom environment for virtual visits with patients and staff meetings.
This includes standard, Zoom Room, and Ring Central Phone account management.
*Mobile Device Management: Administer and maintain our mobile device management system to secure and manage mobile devices effectively.
*Ubiquity Management: Administer, monitor, and support IT infrastructure using the Ubiquity Dashboard, troubleshooting and escalating issues as they arise.
*Inventory Management: Assist IT Support Manager with tracking of hardware and software assets, ensuring proper allocation and maintenance.
*Technology Support: Provide timely assistance to end-users, addressing technical issues, and resolving support inquiries within scope of job description.
*Instructional Support: Provide instructional material including How-To’s, best practices, and general methodologies/guidance to employees to support systems in scope of job description.
*Strategize with the KMG Team to meet technology goals and objectives.
*Ability to work independently as well as function effectively in a team and within a diverse group of people.
*Detail-oriented and willing to work in a changing environment including researching new ways of accomplishing tasks, participating in training sessions, being a self-starter and team player, and willing to assist in other areas as needed.
*Uphold and abide by KMGs policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Title IX and HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field is preferred.
*Minimum of four (4) years of experience in systems administration.
*Highly proficient in Google Workspace and Zoom administration.
*Strong knowledge of mobile device management.
*Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
*Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
*Must be local to the Bay Area or willing to relocate at own expense.
*Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
Compensation is $20.
