About the Role
We are currently searching for a Project Manager for our Marketplace Product Legal team.
We are seeking specific expertise in supporting a growing and fast paced organization through the development of systems and processes to scale legal support for the business.

What You'll Do
Work with a highly collaborative team, taking the lead on project management and/or contract management processes, including working to scale existing processes.
Establish legal tools, playbooks and policies.
Help build and update standards and practices for legal review and approvals.
Handle and lead special projects.
Evaluate and provide feedback to key stakeholders on product and operation proposals.
Coordinate all aspects of new product review administration, including basic review, cross-functional stakeholder input, running approval and escalation processes, distribution and archiving, and advancing critical issues.
Identify gaps in processes and build scalable solutions to support an ever-growing business team.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience, with experience working with organizations to build internal business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to track complex projects across the team and keep people focused on mission and deadlines.
The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.
Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.
Technical know-how with at least an intermediate level of computer skills, including a working knowledge of Google suite, Excel, Word, Adobe, Box and other web-based applications.
Self-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
