About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Merchant Services Product Marketing Team as an RFP Content Manager (Legal Documentation).
This role is a key individual contributor to the Request for Proposal (RFP) team, directing legal collaboration on complex proposal terms and conditions to effectively respond to RFPs for Merchant Services products and services.
This role also manages development and maintenance of Merchant Services disclosures used in marketing assets.
This role reports to the Merchant Services Product Marketing leader and serves as the primary liaison between Legal and the Merchant Services RFP response team.
The RFP Content Manager (Legal Documentation) also partners with sales, product, and account management teams to write and maintain accurate Merchant Services disclosures in our central repository while ensuring ongoing compliance with various corporate and business policies and adherence to Legal and Compliance guidance.
Our ideal candidate will have a blend of excellent business writing and project management skills, and experience working closely with Legal and Compliance teams on Marketing assets in highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with the financial services and/or payments industry is highly preferred.
In this role, you will: Initiate Legal review of the RFP terms and conditions, and partner with Legal subject matter experts to obtain any required exception language to be included in RFP responses.
Research and gather information from subject matter experts across the organization, including sales, product, account management, Compliance, and Legal to develop and edit disclosures required for Merchant Services marketing assets.
Manage and maintain Merchant Services-related disclosures in our centralized repository to ensure all content remains accurate, relevant, and compliant.
Review, proofread, and check qualitative and quantitative content of non-standard RFP responses for effectiveness (e.
g.
, clarity, readability, accuracy, persuasiveness, and compliance) as well as style (e.
g.
, Wells Fargo brand standards and voice, grammar, punctuation, word usage, sentence structure, and spelling) to deliver a consistent brand experience across Wells Fargo's lines of business.
Coordinate and facilitate requests for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for prospective customers and partners, as needed to prepare an RFP response.
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications: Highly organized with strong project management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments; takes personal responsibility for producing deliverables under tight deadlines; works well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with leadership and collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts.
Strong B2B business writing skills with impeccable attention to detail Ability to craft clearly written and effectively positioned content that makes complex technical subjects easy to comprehend and sets clear client expectations.
Experience collaborating with Legal and Compliance subject matter experts to develop B2B enterprise-level marketing communications within highly regulated industries, preferably in the financial services and/or payments industry.
Team player and self-motivated with a strong work ethic who can work independently.
Strong problem solver with analytical mindset and the ability to proactively research solutions, suggest resolutions, and recommend process improvements.
Familiarity with overall RFP processes, contributors, timelines and best practices; past experience contributing and/or managing content for RFP responses.
Extensive experience with formatting, reviewing and proofreading of materials for content accuracy, effectiveness, alignment with overall messaging strategies, and adherence to brand standards.
Technical acumen to quickly learn and master software and platforms used to manage and streamline the RFP response process.
Pay Range: Concord & San Francisco CA: $100,800 - $179,200 Annually.
New York NY: $100,800 - $179,200 Annually.
