The firm's Real Estate Transactions & Finance team works collaboratively across offices and practices and engages in a wide range of transactions across our industry sectors, including healthcare, technology and digital media, cannabis, consumer products, entertainment, energy/alternative energy, financial services, and fintech.

Our clients include companies such as Meta, Jay Paul, Avanath, Lowe Enterprises, LACMA, Dignity Health, Trader Joe’s, The Macerich Company and Westfield.
We are looking for candidates with broad experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions; exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans and workouts.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements and other real estate transaction documents.
Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus.
Requirements
Minimum of three years of broad transactional real estate experience
Excellent writing, research and communication skills
A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration
Effective and efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively with confidence
Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice
