About this role:
Wells Fargo Legal Department is seeking a Business Execution Administrator to assist with Legal Intake.
This role will be responsible for receiving, researching, identification of ownership and routing of requests from various lines of business for support from the Legal Department.
In this role, you will:
Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
Maintain compliance with established SLAs
Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
Receive direction from supervisors
Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
Interact with colleagues of various lines of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Required Qualifications, US:
2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Research business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution.
Knowledge and understanding of process improvements and efficiencies.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently with general oversight, self-starter, and strong decision-making.
High degree of proficiency with Sharepoint, Powerpoint, and Excel.
Pay Range
