*Immigration Paralegal*
Boutique removal defense/family immigration firm based in San Jose seeks to hire a *paralegal with at least two years of experience*.
The position is a full-time position.
The duties include preparing asylum, humanitarian and family-based petitions and applications.
In addition, the candidate will assist in preparing motions and other filings with the Immigration Court.
Qualified candidates must have a commitment to hard work, attention to detail, excellent writing, excellent communication, and organization.
Candidates must also be able to speak, read and write Spanish fluently.
*Applicants not fluent in Spanish will not be considered*.
A 4-year degree is preferred but not required.
Prior experience with removal defense is a plus.
