The Litigation Support Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Litigation Support Department which includes management of personnel and processes.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the Department’s work, which includes the creation, development and maintenance of litigation support materials and systems (including Relativity and other litigation support tools and knowledge management systems), assisting attorneys with e-discovery needs, trial presentation and support, and other courtroom presentations.
Essential duties include, but not limited to:
• Manages department staff
• Trains attorneys and paralegals on litigation support processes or document review platforms as needed
• Works closely with attorneys and paralegals throughout trial preparation and in providing litigation support in the courtroom for trials and hearings
• Consults with legal team on vendor offerings upon request
• Manages the tools and platforms for complex, large-scale electronic document reviews using Relativity and other state-of-the-art tools
• Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment that also prioritizes collegiality and teamwork
• Builds effective working relationships across organization’s stakeholders
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience), a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal document support (or comparable experience with applicable databases), and extensive knowledge and management of electronic discovery/document review platforms and processes.
Some familiarity with courtroom/trial work preferred.
Must be able to work flex or unconventional hours when trial or similar deadlines require it.
Must have extensive experience with Relativity at its tools, Notepad++/text pad, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfort working with state-of-the-art trial presentation technology (e.
g.
, OnCue).
Experience with Everlaw and Salesforce database software preferred.
Ideal candidate has previous work experience in a law firm or legal department, and in personnel management managing diverse and inclusive teams.

Annual salary range is $140,000-$200,000 (depending on experience).
Position is currently Hybrid (Onsite 3-days a week, with mandatory attendance on Tuesday & Wednesday, option of 2-days remote work per week).
