Employment Associate - Senior Level

Job Details Goodwin is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 4-5 years of experience practicing management-side employment law, including drafting employment-related agreements and policies, conducting workplace investigations, and counseling clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
Associates in the Employment Practice work directly and collaboratively with Goodwin’s cutting-edge clients in technology, life science, and private equity sectors.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling the day-to-day of complex litigation matters, including single-plaintiff, class actions, PAGA representative actions, and complex employee mobility disputes.
In addition, experience providing employment-related support for corporate transactions issues is a plus but not essential.
Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
