Responsibilities:
* Independently handle complex child custody disputes and divorces, including issues of domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health.
* Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence
* Drafts pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
* Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
* Provide empathy and compassion for our clients while empowering them to control their lives.
* Regularly represent clients in court, including motions, hearings, and trials.
* Regularly represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience working as a family law attorney.
* Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
* Successful experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration.
* Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
* Persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.
00 - $160,000.
