We have an opening for a Student Services and Special Education attorney in our Oakland office who would like to build client relationships with K-12 schools and community colleges.
The incumbent would assist clients in the individualized education program process, present workshops, review and revise policies and procedures, and respond to state and federal compliance complaints and administrative due process hearings outside of the adversarial context of traditional litigation.
