As we know, the bank, financial institution or trustee will not talk to you without authority.
One of my
special skills is obtaining Letters and Probate Orders in 30 days or less when the probate property is in foreclosure.
This allows you to stop the sale without filing bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy.
As you know, decedents cannot file bankruptcy to stop a probate property that is in foreclosure.
However, be the problem solver for your clients and the heirs and make yourself look like you can fix any problem.
An heir or beneficiary can file bankruptcy and add the real property to the bankruptcy which will stop a foreclosure
auction.
This will give you enough time to sell the asset and you will be guaranteed to get paid your attorney’s fees
and costs.

I have 30 years of experience as a legal secretary/paralegal and 15 years of experience as a licensed real
estate agent.
I graduated from American River College, Legal Assistant/Paralegal Program in Sacramento, August
1985\.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix in September 2010 from the Oakland,
CA Campus.
