California law firm, Dracup & Patterson, is looking for a Contract Business Litigation/Trial Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience in business litigation to start immediately - drafting complaints, motions, discovery, responding to discovery, and working with clients directly.
All work can be done from your location unless you have a court appearance where you determine your chance of success is increased by a personal appearance (or the motion is high value or critical to the case).
You must be willing to work directly with clients.
It is critical that you respond rapidly to client inquiries and communicate well with clients assigned to you.
We work as a team and advise and support as needed (if you need help drafting documents, you can share that work with another attorney or our paralegals), but expect you to be the main point of contact for the client, the court, and opposing counsel.
Who we are:
Dracup & Patterson has been handling legal matters since 1990 throughout California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose and Sacramento.
Our experienced attorneys are highly experienced and specialize in a broad range of practice areas.

· Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team
· Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining a firm grasp of individual project details
· Willingness to travel for onsite work in the Alameda area when there are court appearances
Compensation:
Pay range is highly competitive and depending on experience.
We pay you 40% of what we bill you at, paid 3 business days after the client pays.
