*Responsibilities include:* · Organizing files · Preparing case-files for hearings and trials · Scheduling events on the Firm’s master calendar · Drafting letters and pleadings · Conducting legal research to assist us in achieving our client’s goals · Helping attorneys prepare cases for hearings · Assisting lawyers in the courtroom · Communicating with clients, providing updates and gathering information · Preparing monthly and quarterly status reports to our clients · Preparing discovery and responses to discovery demands Candidates should have completed a course of study offered by a college or university especially for Paralegals, and possess a certification as a trained Paralegal.
