Our exciting and fast-paced Downtown Oakland law firm is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant to provide administrative and legal support to a senior partner.
This essential, highly responsible, and accountable position requires the individual to work independently, anticipate needs, be tenacious, resourceful, and demonstrate professionalism.
The successful candidate must deliver excellent work and superior service.
The candidate must also possess the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, communicate effectively, and be flexible as demands and priorities change.
```Responsibilities:```
§ Provide executive level assistance and legal support to the senior partner
§ Draft and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions
§ Accurate and professional calendar management
§ Manage incoming calls
§ Assemble binders for mediation, depositions, etc.
§ Oversee, coordinate, and book travel
§ Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned
§ Schedule and coordinate meetings and video conference calls
```Desired Qualifications:```
§ Minimum of five years legal experience supporting senior partners
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Assertive personality and is a self-starter
§ Calm and approachable attitude and demeanor
§ Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
§ Ability to lift and move 35 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $95,000.
