Responsibilities: Execute on KPMG Law’s global technology strategy, working closely with the KPMG Law Global Leadership team and global legal technology hub Foster and lead relationships with external legal technology partners and support go-to-market strategies with them, and cultivate stakeholder relationships across the global KPMG business relating to and in support of our legal technology strategy Establish and oversee project delivery, resource structure, and timelines, and ensure ongoing alignment between resources, KPMG stakeholders, and clients with respect to legal technology Manage multiple projects and a global team with team members located across the US and Europe ensuring delivery against scope, within agreed budgets and meeting timeline expectations, and regularly report the status of each project to global leadership Assist in navigating global risk and compliance obligations across our global organization Ensure consistency in the approach to requirements gathering, development, and deployment of solutions Qualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experience either within a law firm, or a Big Four/consulting firm working with legal and enterprise technologies, for example, contract lifecycle management, matter management, workflow automation, document management, knowledge management, and eBilling Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; JD, MBA, or Master’s degree from an accredited law, business, or graduate school preferred, in addition to others on KPMG’s approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that list Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies and certified in PMP or similar is preferable, as well as managing projects using project management technologies (e.
