Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts and Export Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the management of commercial and government contracts, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and facilitating smooth export processes.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Contract Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain an organized contract repository and track key dates and milestones.
Support the resolution of contract related issues, changes in scopes of work, and the understanding of contract details internally.
Export Compliance:
Stay updated on export regulations and ensure company compliance with international trade laws.
Coordinate and facilitate export documentation, including licenses and permits.
Work closely with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and compliant export processes.
Communication and Collaboration:
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies regarding contract and export matters.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to gather necessary information for contracts and export activities.
Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, export documentation, and compliance activities.
Generate reports and summaries as needed for internal and external audits.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contracts and export functions.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, paralegal science or a related field.
Proven experience as a commercial and government Contracts Administrator or in a similar role having at least 2 years experience.
Familiarity with export regulations and documentation.
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
Must be a US Citizen or qualified U.
S.
Person in accordance with ALU 22CFR 120.

May require the ability to obtain DOD security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Contract Management or Export Compliance.
Experience working in manufacturing, technology, high technology, or electronic industry.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, contracts management system, and export applications.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This position is regularly exposed to the following conditions:
Manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments
While working near moving equipment, mechanical parts and lift trucks; must have the ability to follow safe operating procedures.
May be exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals.
Must have the following physical abilities:
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, reach, and lift.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a desk or table as well as machine tools or printers.
