News & World Report, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and/or civil litigation.
Experience handling Professional Liability Litigation matters is preferred but not required.
The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution.
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
Note: Hybrid Work Option.
Qualifications:
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Law Review/Law Journal or Moot Court strongly preferred
Admitted to practice in California
Superior academic credentials
Excellent written and oral communication skills
The total annual compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
