*Qualifications*
Successful candidate would possess the following:
* License to practice law in California with no record of discipline
* 3-7 years' of experience in Trusts and Estates Litigation or Civil Litigation in California
* Candidates with knowledge and experience in (or an interest and willingness to learn) one or more of the following will pique our interest:
* - Trust and estate litigation
* - Related business and real property issues
* - Estate planning
* Willingness to take on increasing responsibility, possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as technical expertise
* Superior analytical, communication, drafting, writing, research skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Enthusiastic, collaborative, and thoughtful
* Ties to or an interest in living in Sonoma County are preferred

* Salary Range of $120,000 to $150,000, depending on years of experience
* Hybrid work environment
* Annual billable hours for Associates are targeted lower than large firms at 1,650 hours
* Performance based bonus; additional bonus based on collections directly sourced by associate
