- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft and proofread legal correspondence and documents
- File and organize legal documents and maintain case files
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing emails

- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Familiarity with paralegal duties and responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with file management and maintaining case records
- Ability to interview clients and gather relevant information for cases
