_*Typical Tasks: *_
* Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, reviews and evaluates the work of a division directly and through subordinate levels of supervisors.
* Performs supervisory duties including hiring and training staff; conducts performance evaluations and handles disciplinary actions for subordinate staff.
* Develops goals, objectives, operating procedures and work standards; maintains policies and procedures in coordination with other managers.
* Reviews, monitors and analyzes legislation, procedures and forms to determine effect on court administration and operations; makes recommendations and develops implementation plans.
* Analyzes, and evaluates the need for automated systems; coordinates or participates in special projects related to automated systems.
* Prepares, monitors, and analyzes management and statistical information and reports; conducts research as necessary; makes recommendations on findings.
* Oversees all activities related to the processing of criminal, family law, probate, appeals, civil and juvenile trials and hearings, and coordinates jury operations, jury outreach programs including the summoning and payment of jurors.
* Oversees the scheduling and assignment of Courtroom Clerks including working in the courtroom to cover for staff shortages.
Oversees the scheduling and assignment of Court Reporters and Court Interpreters.
* Directs the retention, imaging, storage and destruction of court records.
* Oversees the mediation and arbitration process; supervises the scheduling of small claims appeals and selection of Judge Pro Tems.
* Projects staffing and equipment needs; assists in assembling data for annual budget process; monitors expenditures after budget adoption.
* Serves on committees and task forces both within the court and with local, state and national agencies and organizations.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

*Education:* Equivalent to graduation from high school
*Experience*: Must have four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a court setting; prior supervisory experience is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $94,000.
00 - $120,000.
