Experienced Litigator preferred, with a broad background: Familiarity with Landlord/Tenant issues; Unlawful Detainers ; Mediation; Oral Exams; Collections; and Rental Contract Administration.
Our Residents are important to us, it is not our aim to create vacancies unnecessarily, so we try and work within our Resident's financial means, sometimes establishing a note payable.
Unlawful Detainer need to be filed as a last resort, or a method to achieve a workable re-payment schedule.
