*The Position*
Von Rock Law is seeking an experienced, _licensed in California,_ Trusts & Estates attorney to work with a well-regarded, thriving boutique firm.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of related experience and will be ready to hit the ground running.
A successful candidate will have experience in estate planning, entity formation, trust administration, and probate.
*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Managing the estate planning and business matters
* Drafting full estate plans in Wealth Counsel, including CRUTS
* Analyzing, advising, and revising a wide array of estate planning documents
* Collaborating with clients to develop and meet their estate plan goals
* Drafting and reviewing necessary documents for business formations and dissolutions
* Participate in consults for potential new clients
* Leading and working collaboratively with team members
*Required Qualifications:*
* Licensed to practice law in California
* Five to ten years of relevant experience in estate planning, and two in entity formation
* Strong work ethic, drive, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a small-team environment
* Experience in managing other legal assistants and paralegals
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Trust administration and probate experience
* Experience with Clio Manage, Wealth Counsel and Microsoft 365
* Adept at using Mac computers and systems
* Solid command of English including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form, and style
* Ability to work independently and on a team
