Personal Injury Associate

A small, dynamic San Francisco law firm, Emergent LLP, is looking for a personal injury associate.
Our personal injury practice specializes in catastrophic personal injury as well as school-related injury cases.
The ideal candidate would have five-plus years of litigation experience in one or more fields of the firm's practice, with experience in: -civil discovery -motion practice -litigation practice (e.
g.
, depositions) The key quality we are looking for is "initiative.
" We would like someone who is eager and able to run their own cases or to be trained to get to the point where they can run their own cases.
Also, while we would like to hire someone local, we are willing to consider a fully remote position open to anyone in California.
Trial experience would be a major plus.
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
