Experienced Real Estate Attorney - Part Time

*About us* We're a small company, which has been in operation since 1962.
Our current in-house counsel is retiring soon, after 31 years with the company, so we're looking for someone to take his place.
Our offices are on Sutter Street, off of Van Ness Boulevard.
We're in a secure modern building, with free in-building parking provided for employees.
```Duties``` - Conduct in-depth research on real estate properties, including environmental conditions - Coordinate transactions with outside counsel - Assist in day-to-day management of investment properties - Review and edit real estate documents - Draft letters of intent for purchases and sales of properties - Form and maintain limited liability companies ```Skills``` - Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources - Proficient in legal drafting and documentation related to real estate transactions - Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations - Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate real estate deals and contracts - IT and computer skills desired Job Type: Part-time Pay: $73,000.
00 - $90,000.
